Dear Senior parent and Guardians,

The 2011-2012 yearbook staff is offering parents and gaurdians the opportunity to include a full color recogniton ad for your graduate in the 2012 edition. You may submit one or two pictures (baby picture and a current picture) of your senior, and a short message of no more than 30 words. We will do the rest.

If paid by Nov.30, the cost for this 1/4-page ad is $45. Senior ads submitted after Nov. 30 and before Jan. 20, will be $50. Senior ads will not be accepted after Friday Jan. 20.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY ONE AD PER SENIOR WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!!!

If you send in a picture you want returned, please include an appropiatly sized self addressed, stampe envolope.It is extremely important that you do not cut the picture. If there is some part you wish to leave out, send a note and we will attempt to crop it on another computer. We cannot accept photocropped photos for quality reasons. For best results, send the original or, you may e-mail a digital photo to shanda.crosby@clark.kyschools.us. Just send me it in the form of a .jpg with a resolution of 300 dpi.
